Dessert Recipes: Chocolate Cups 3

Ingredients: (10 cups)

150 gr.
black chocolate 150 gr.
milk chocolate 150 gr.
white chocolate 750 gr.
cream 750 gr.
milk 50 gr.
sugar 3 envelopes
curd chocolate balls to decorate

Preparation:

1. Black chocolate cream Preparation: We separated in a glass 50 gr. milk and dissolve a packet of curd. Book. Place in a saucepan 200 gr. milk, 250 gr. cream, 50 gr. of sugar, heat until it begins to boil, remove from heat and puree 150 gr. black chocolate. Once dissolved, add the chocolate milk curd and we put over low heat, stirring rod until it begins to boil again for about 3 or 4 minutes. Divide the mixture by placing a centimeter or so in the cups.
2. Prepare chocolate cream pudding: We separated in a glass 50 gr. milk and dissolve a packet of curd. Book. We put in a pot 200 gr. milk and 250 gr. cream, heat until it begins to boil, remove from heat and puree 150 gr. milk chocolate. Once dissolved, add the chocolate milk curd and we put a fire slow stirring rod until it begins to boil again for about 3 or 4 minutes. Pour the mixture over the chocolate cream black, putting a spoon to gently fall and not spoil the previous layer.
3. White chocolate cream Preparation: We separated in a glass 50 gr. milk and dissolve a packet of curd. Book. We put in a pot 200 gr. milk and 250 gr. cream, heat until it begins to boil, remove from heat and puree 150 gr. white chocolate. Once dissolved, add the chocolate milk curd and we put over low heat, stirring rod until it begins to boil again for about 3 or 4 minutes. Pour cream mixture over chocolate milk, putting a spoon to gently fall and do not spoil the previous layer.
4. Vessels let cool at room temperature until the curds are creams. Refrigerate for several hours (preferably overnight). Garnish with chocolate booties before serving.
