Dessert Recipes: Cheesecake Philadelphia



Ingredients: 75 g


Fontaneda Digestive biscuits 30 g

350g butter 350g Philadelphia cream Original


5g sugar 40g gelatine Royal
powder 1 jar of jam
berries (optional)

Preparation:

1. Crush cookies.
2. Melt the 30g butter in microwave or in a saucepan.
3. Add melted butter and work the mixture until completely smooth.
4. Put in pan and let cool 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Butter consistency and will win this mass is a fantastic base for our cake.
5. On the other hand, bring to a boil the cream, sugar and Philadelphia. Stir until a homogeneous mass.
6. Strain it off the heat and add gelatin.
7. Enter the mixture into the mold, pouring butter over the dough and cookies.
8. Save it six hours in the refrigerator before serving to win the gelatin consistency
9. Then cover the cake with jam. You can choose the jam of your choice. Any red fruit jam give a colorful and unique flavor to this pie.
10. Garnish with berries or other topping of your choice.
