Ingredients:

250 g of whole wheat flour
100 g of wheat flour 1 tsp
.
Salt 1 tsp.
Butter 150 ml of warm water ghee for frying


Preparation:

Sift the flours, place in bowl with salt and butter. Add in a little water until soft. Then rub with a little butter your hands and knead for 5 or 8 min., Until dough acquire a consistency, smooth.

In saucepan, heat the ghee or oil over medium heat. Meanwhile, or rub the surface to spread the dough with a few drops of ghee or oil, should not be used as flour, frying, burns and discolors the ghee. Then divide the dough into 12 balls, and lay them flat, with rolling pin until they are finite and uniform.

Once the ghee begins to smoke, take a pancake. The puri will sink for a second, then rise to the surface. Immediately, keep it submerged, giving a light touch with a slotted spoon to swell like a balloon.

Turn and cook the other side for few seconds. Remove from ghee and let puri drain as singing in a colander.
