Dessert Recipes: Banana cake
Ingredients: 250 g
ripe bananas 200 g
sugar 4 eggs 1 pinch of salt
70 gr. Sunflower oil meal
200 gr.de
1 packet of baking powder icing sugar for dusting
Preparation:
For the sauce: 3 1 / 2 cups sugar, 3 1 / 2 cups water
1. Mash the bananas with sugar and pinch of salt at medium speed 5-6. Add the eggs and place the butterfly in the blades. Beat for 4 minutes at speed 1.
2. Add oil and mix to a paste before a minimum speed 1-2. Add flour mixed with yeast and mix at speed 3.5 for 10SG. Wrap finish with spatula.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 170 º -180 º until done inside.
