Puris: Dorayaki (Japanese Desserts)
Ingredients:
2 eggs 150 g sugar 60 g honey
bicarbonate 1.5 g 1.5 g
baking powder 200 gr wheat flour 120 ml water
Anko (red bean paste)
Preparation:
- Mix eggs well.
- Stir in sugar and honey into the egg and continue beating vigorously.
- Dissolve baking soda in water and added to the mixture.
- Mix the yeast with the flour. Stir slowly to the mixture, still stirring vigorously to avoid lumps.
- The resulting mass should have a consistency similar to pancakes.
- Brush lightly with vegetable oil a griddle or nonstick skillet preheated smooth. You can help a basting brush or a paper towel.
- Pour 2 or 3 tablespoons of batter onto the griddle in a circle about 12 cm in diameter (about the size of a CD).
- When you see bubbles form on the surface will turn around.
- When you cook the other side, remove it from the pan and let cool.
- When we have cold and 2 pancakes, spread with the paste anko and put another on it, forming a sandwich.
- Serve immediately, or leave them in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap. Itadakimasu!
