Dessert Recipes: Coffee Flan two colors
Ingredients: 1 liter
cream 1 packet of custard
8 servings 1 cup of coffee as a 250g maximum.
Preparation: Dissolve
on the custard cream, heated up to boiling, remove from heat and add coffee, continue stirring until well integrated. Pour into the pan and let it cool without moving.
If we prepare in th, dissolve in a glass custard cream, the rest of the warmed cream in th, will be about 8 minutes at 90 °, vel. 3, when it is hot, add the dissolved coffee and flan.
