Ingredients: 150cc
milk 75g sugar

15g butter 90g of black chocolate
1 vanilla pod 36g
1 egg yolk
rum 37g flour 175g
Preparation:
Heat milk, sugar, butter and chocolate chopped black. Mix the vanilla pod, rum, and egg yolks and add to mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients, drain and let rest for a day. Cook in butter and floured ramekins in oven at 180 ยบ C for 35 minutes.
