Ingredients: 150 gr

1 egg, lightly beaten 115 ml

:
1. Mix flour with baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add the butter, rubbing up the mixture is like bread crumbs. We take the pieces of chocolate.
3. In another bowl, mix egg, milk and vanilla essence. Cast on the flour mixture. Mix a little until smooth.
4. Using a spoon, cast on the muffin tin, dividing the mass by a peer. This mass gives rise to 6 or 7 large units. Since I have big molds I have made small (14 units), better make them great.
5. Bake at 200 º C for 20 minutes or until risen, browned and firm to touch. Cool in pan 5 minutes, then place on wire rack.
6. Serve hot or cold.
