Sore Knees From Running On Treadmill

piquillo peppers and cheese. Step by step.

I guess the step by step on ... but to follow the tone of the blog;). This is the second sandwich that I prepared for Santa Teresa, a very rich sandwich and healthy ... ideal for dinner.
Ingredients (1 sandwich)

2 slices of bread integral
1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1
skimmed fresh quesito
2 or 3 red peppers capers
Cebolleta

Development mayonnaise on a slice of bread.

Open peppers and spread over bread

Cut the cheese into slices and give it out

top strips of onion.

And we finished with a caper

Put the other slice of bread, and enjoy this sandwich.
