Today we have prepared a very easy recipe that comes ideal for mid-morning or snack, especially for energy intake that gives us, this is a homemade granola bars. Hope you like it, I've loved me!
INGREDIENTS:
- a bag of marshmallows (candy clouds) 175gr.
- 25g.
butter - 100 grams of cereals (we use the one we want, if mixed with fruits best to give greater energy intake)

STEPS:
1 .- Place the butter in a small pot
2 .- Melt over low heat
3 .- Add the clouds
4 .- We stirring continuously until they are melting and mixing with the butter (the fire should be under 4 or 5)
5 .- Once melted, add the cereal and quickly whisk to mix well because the clouds soon gets tough .
6 .- Place the mixture into the mold (if not must be silicone grease to prevent sticking)
7 .- flattened while the top of the mixture to make it smooth.
8 .- We leave to cool in the fridge for at least an hour even though the ideal is a day to day.
9 .- What we left in the pan and sticks.
