Ingredients: 3 cups
granulated sugar 4 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites

can evaporated milk 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon powdered

2 sticks butter, melted 1 teaspoon
sesame seeds
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover baking pan 13 x 9 with parchment paper.
Mix sugar, egg yolks and 1 / 2 cup evaporated milk in a large mixing bowl and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer, gradually add cheese and remaining milk and scrape the bowl occasionally.
Add flour, baking powder and melted butter to sugar mixture, stir well. Beat the egg whites until stiff (until stiff peaks form.) Combine the egg whites into the mixture wrapping. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds over mixture.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Lift cheesecake from pan, remove the paper. Dices.
